Champion Women exists to transform the way women lead, work and are supported. I'm dedicated to empowering women in business through deeply personalised Business and Leadership Coaching that builds confidence, courage and real-world capability. My approach is grounded in lived experience — as a mother, a partner and a business leader — paired with best-practice coaching, unwavering confidentiality and genuine care.
I also partner with organisations committed to meaningful change. Through DEI & Organisational Development consulting, bespoke women’s programs and strategic support, I help businesses attract, retain and elevate women and diverse talent. I work with boards and leaders to lift equality standards, strengthen culture and create workplaces where women truly thrive — not in theory, but in practice.
